Religious Education

Gorse Covert Primary School has adapted an RE curriculum based on one originally developed by Lancashire SACRE. It is 50% based on Christianity and the other 50% focuses on the other main world religions: Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Sikhism and Judaism.

We also do Collective Worship. Parents have the right to withdraw their child from RE and Collective Worship. Please speak to the headteacher if you wish to withdraw your child.
