Gorse Covert Primary School History

We are fortunate to have a wealth of local history on our doorstep as Birchwood, a modern new town, was built on what was once a WW2 ordnance factory. History is a wonderful way of developing our children's curiosity which is one of our 3Cs. We have also tried to link our history and geography topics where possible so that children can see how they have impacted each other.
